Instruction on Order Cancellation\/Revocation<\/h2>\n

You have the right to revoke your declaration of contract in written form without giving reasons (e.g. by letter, fax, E-Mail) or by return of the product within two weeks unless you have acted in the exercise of your commercial or independent occupation (orders by businesses). The grace period starts at earliest with the receipt of the merchandise and detailed instructions in written form. To comply with the limits of the grace period, the timely dispatch of the revocation of order or the merchandise is sufficient. The revocation shall be sent to the following:<\/p>\n

Consequences of Order Cancellation\/Revocation<\/h2>\n

In case of an effective cancellation, value received by each of the parties shall be returned and possible advantages which have been accrued (interest) shall be released. If you cannot return the received value in whole, or if you can only return such value in part, or only in a degraded condition, you shall be obliged to make corresponding restitution if necessary.This shall not apply if the deterioration of the merchandise is traceable solely to its examination, such as you could have determined in a shop. In addition, you can avoid replacement costs by not using the item as your own property and avoiding anything which could result in a reduction of value. Items that can be dispatched as packages may be returned at our risk. Items that cannot be dispatched as packages will be picked up from your site.<\/p>\n

You are obligated to bear the cost of the return when the delivered merchandise corresponds to that which was ordered and when the price of the item to be returned does not exceed the amount of 40 Euro, or in the case of a higher price of the item, if you have not yet made a full or contractually agreed-upon partial payment of the item by the time of revocation.<\/p>\n

The right of cancellation\/revocation does not apply for:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • merchandise which has been produced to customer specifications or without doubt tailored to personal needs, or which due to its composition is not suitable for a return, or which can quickly spoil or whose expiration date has been exceeded;<\/li>\n
  • audio or video recordings or software, if you have broken the seal on the delivered data medium;<\/li>\n
