Acceptance of Order and Purchase Agreement

The depiction of products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer; rather, it represents an online catalog without obligation. After entry of your personal data and by clicking the button “Conclude Order“ in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order immediately follows its dispatch. The purchase agreement becomes effective with our order confirmation or delivery of the ordered goods. If you should not receive an order confirmation or shipment from us within two weeks, you are no longer obligated to purchase the ordered goods.

Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs shall be imposed only with express agreement of the parties.

Retention of Title

The delivered merchandise remains our property until paid in full.

Revocation

You have the right to revoke your declaration of contract in written form without statement of reasons (e.g. by letter, fax, E-Mail) or by return of the product within two weeks unless you have acted in the exercise of your commercial or independent occupation (orders by businesses). The grace period commences at earliest with the receipt of the merchandise and detailed instructions in written form. To comply with the limits of the grace period, the timely dispatch of the revocation of order or the merchandise is sufficient. The revocation shall be sent to the following:

You are obligated to bear the cost of the return when the delivered merchandise corresponds to that which was ordered and when the price of the item to be returned does not exceed the amount of 40 Euro, or in the case of a higher price of the item, if you have not yet made a full or contractually agreed-upon partial payment of the item by the time of revocation.
